Ashleigh Douglas, CRNA

Ashleigh Douglas, CRNA, is a highly skilled anesthesia provider with six years of experience in a variety of clinical settings. She earned her degree from Texas Wesleyan University and completed her anesthesia training at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

Ashleigh has a special interest in regional anesthesia and obstetrics, offering expertise in procedures such as spinals, epidurals, and nerve blocks. She previously worked full-time at Watertown Regional Medical Center before transitioning to PRN status and practicing in Milwaukee and rural southeastern Wisconsin. She is now returning to Watertown Regional Medical Center full-time, bringing her commitment to high-quality, evidence-based anesthesia care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Outside of work, Ashleigh enjoys traveling, technical diving, yoga, reading, and caring for her two rescue dogs.
