About

Dr. Waldoch earned his undergraduate degree at Saint Louis University. He then completed both a Masters degree and medical school at Tufts University, followed by a residency in Urology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Most recently he completed a fellowship in Reconstructive Urology and Genitourinary Cancer Survivorship at Duke University.

Dr. Waldoch has extensive experience with general urology including the treatment of kidney stones and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). He has a particular interest in reconstructive urologic surgery, with specialized training in the treatment of urethral stricture disease, male incontinence, male sexual dysfunction, traumatic injuries, and the complications of pelvic radiation therapy.

Dr. Waldoch believes in a patient-centered, collaborative approach to care. He understands the sensitive nature of urologic needs and prioritizes patients’ goals, concerns, and values to create a trusting partnership. He has special interest in the care of genitourinary cancer survivors who are dealing with the long-term effects of their treatments, and he strives to restore urologic function and improve quality of life so patients can live comfortably. He is committed to clear communication, tailored education, and support for his patients through every stage of their care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Waldoch enjoys spending time with his wife (a Wisconsin native) and their two dogs exploring every corner of the state. He is a passionate Chicago sports fan, and refuses to change his loyalties despite living and working deep behind enemy lines.
