I am hard of hearing, and he has a strong accent. He spoke clearly and at a good volume, so I was able to hear quite well. He did a thorough job with his exam, heart, lungs, carotid pulse etc. Was not rushed and was very welcoming of questions. I appreciate his sense of humor. When he told me I was doing very well, I asked him if I would get a GOLD STAR! He laughed and agreed that I should and then we decided it would be 14K . I have only met him twice, but I feel as though we have a good physician, patient relationship.
