Jake Kraemer, MD, is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and fellowship-trained interventional pain physician. He specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of pain conditions using minimally invasive, image-guided techniques tailored to each patient's needs.
Dr. Kraemer earned his medical degree from Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine and completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Beaumont Health in Royal Oak, Michigan. He went on to complete a fellowship in pain management at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics in Madison, where he received advanced training in interventional procedures for spine, joint, and nerve-related pain. Dr. Kraemer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.
Dr. Kraemer's approach to patient care focuses on innovative techniques to decrease pain while improving patients' functionality and quality of life, while striving to decrease or eliminate opioid pain medications.
In his free time, Dr. Kraemer enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. They enjoy boating, golfing, hiking, and attending sporting events.
