Dr. Milford is a board certified family practice physician with Three Oaks Health in Johnson Creek and a long-time medical director with Rainbow Hospice Care. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison before receiving his M.D. from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago. Among Dr. Milford's many other professional roles have been that of Emergency Department staff physician (Watertown Memorial Hospital & St. Michael Hospital), Assistant Clinical Professor (UW Medical School & Marquette University),Volunteer at Rock River Free Clinic, and past Chief of Staff, Watertown Memorial Hospital. Dr. Milford strongly believes that in order to be a good physician, one must advocate for patients, showing compassion and teaching along the way. In 2015, he was honored by the Wisconsin Medical Society with the Physician Champion Award for Advance Care Planning.
