I had an amazing experience for my first appointment. I felt very heard, very understood and even felt empathy in the exchange which can be difficult through a screen. I was able to feel seen for the first time in a long time and it meant a lot to me.

Kathleen is an amazing counselor. She listens to my needs and helps me sort things out. I thought after being with janelle for over 10 years it would be difficult to talk with a different counselor. But in fact kathleen made it a safe place for me. I feel like someone cares and listens. Im blessed to have her in my life.
