Katie Gesch, DO, MS

Dr. Katie Gesch is a board-certified family medicine physician with extensive experience in both outpatient and hospital medicine. After beginning her career in Sheboygan practicing full-spectrum family medicine, including obstetrics and inpatient care, she transitioned to full-time hospital medicine, a field she is deeply passionate about.

Originally from Hartland, Dr. Gesch enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. When she has free time, she loves horseback riding, skiing, and indulging in a little shopping.

She is also a strong advocate for healthcare equity, particularly in addressing racial and socioeconomic disparities. Dr. Gesch is proud to be part of a health system in Watertown Regional Medical Center that prioritizes physician-led care and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered medicine.
