Michael McGauley, DO

Dr. Michael McGauley is a board-certified general surgeon with more than 25 years of experience providing surgical care to patients in Wisconsin and Michigan. He completed his medical degree at Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine and is known for his patient-centered approach and dedication to high-quality care.

Dr. McGauley treats a wide range of conditions and specializes in surgery for the skin, breast, thyroid, abdomen, colon, and rectum. He is highly experienced in both traditional and minimally invasive procedures, including robotic and laparoscopic surgery. Some of the procedures he performs include hernia repairs, gallbladder surgery, colonoscopies, appendix removal, hemorrhoid treatment, skin cancer removal, thyroid surgery, and more. He is committed to using advanced techniques to help patients recover quickly and safely.

Whether it’s a planned procedure or emergent surgical care, Dr. McGauley works closely with each patient to ensure they feel informed, supported, and confident in their care. Outside of work, Dr. McGauley enjoys riding motorcycles, hiking, swimming, lifting weights, reading, traveling, attending surgical conferences, and spending time with his family.
