My goal is to prevent disease as opposed to treating it by stressing the importance of immunizations, healthy eating, exercise, and stress management. We all have the capability to prevent the vast majority of diseases we develop. I challenge my patients to take an active role in their healing and look to me as a guide and partner to navigate their own journey to health. My personal interests include bicycling, downhill skiing, and spending time with family.
