Patricia Howard, MS, LPC, CSAC

Trish Howard is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor who specializes in addressing complex mental health and alcohol and other drug addiction (AODA) concerns. With over a decade of professional experience, she is dedicated to helping patients build the tools and confidence needed to become their own mental health experts.

Trish earned her Bachelor’s degree in Addiction Psychology from the University of Idaho and her Master of Science in Community Psychology from Alverno College. She provides care for patients ages 14 and older, supporting individuals through a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, PTSD, and substance use challenges.

She takes a collaborative approach to care, working closely with primary care providers as well as community and social service organizations to ensure comprehensive support for her patients. Her focus is on fostering long-term wellness by meeting patients where they are and empowering them with practical strategies for lasting change.
